The forums are live!
ByFinally, after much thought and a little hard work, I’ve decided to add forums to losias.net. I look at it as one more way to build a community centered around small form factor modding. There are many sites dedicated to modding full-size rigs, but I’ve always appreciated the work it takes to mod a much smaller box. That’s what I’ve been doing for years, and I know I’m not the only one. So, in addition to my own work, I’ll be featuring rigs from the forums on the front page as well. These forums are dedicated to all those that think like I do, and love going small… in a big way.
Now, a quick backstory… Some of you visiting this site may not even realize where the name Losias came from. I did have a project called L.O.S.I.A.S. of course, but how many have wondered what those letters meant? Well, here it is… Lots Of Stuff In A System. That right there explains it all. It’s what I do, it’s the focus of this site, and I’d love to build a community around others that feel the same way. Let’s get those squeaky clean forums violated! Um, okay, well maybe not violated… So, register today!
I always wondered about the name, makes perfect sense now.

Thanks Mark. It may be a lot of work, but luckily I’ve got some great guys willing to help out. Things like this always start off very slowly and it’s kind of a catch-22. People don’t post unless there’s some content, and there has to be content for them to post about. It’s coming though, and that’s the important thing!
